We work in season with the plants, last year this time we made nettle lemonade, nettle pesto, dandelion flower fritters, dandelion root tea, a wild salad and much more!
Prepare for changing Colorado weather as we will be primarily outdoors (hats, sunscreen, layers, floor blanket or cushion).
