I am delighted to teach the pine needle basket class as a shamanic practice of connecting with prayer and plants.

In this intro workshop we will learn the basics and start a pine needle basket, these are usually small to start as the basket guides you, not the other way around ;)

These baskets are more about the journey and prayer than perfection.

 A Drop-in Series weaving in meditations, journeying, plant brushings, medicine making, herbal teachings and practice time to support everyone on their individual journey of grounding back into these ancestral tools.

We can forget that we have access to Helping Spirits and to the Plants. We all have the divine birthright to our inner knowing, our connection to Spirit, and to the medicine of the world around us.
